Mk II Cylinder head or similar......

Hello,
I have a Project engine with a plan to soup up and put into Horace.
I have an engine - a Z1000G (USA H) and would like a MK II or something Cylinder Head that would fit - Shafty ? Z1000A ?? The reason being the blanked off Injector Ports are part of a casting for the Carb Rubbers which push the Carbs backwards a bit more so the engine may not fit Horace after all. Plus some exhaust studs holes need welding and all the other things you find on a strip down.......
I don't need perfect but workable / repairable and as complete as possible would be nice.
