Anyone got a new front hub seal (speedo drive side). Part no. 92050-046.

Front brake not working too well as the disc is being sprayed with grease on a long run. Stops the brake squeaking though !!

Is there any special grease required for the speedo drive or is the standard castrol stuff ok as I seem to have it coming out of the seal and speedo cable fitting a the wheel end since I cleaned and re greased it?

Cheers Steve

This is only an oil seal. I just ordered one from Ebay. If you are not sure of the sizes I can check what I bought.

The markings on the seal show:

BJN-C2 54 65 6

Which I take to mean it's a 54mm internal dia, 65mm external dia and 6mm seat width. I can't find this size listed in the searches I've done. Is it a one off size for the Z ?

Apologies I misunderstood the seal. I thought it to be the seal inside the hub. Also I have an A4 which looking on CMSL was a different part number even for that seal. Mine was 17x23x3mm Nitrile Rubber Metric Oil Seal.

I looked on Simply Bearings Website and your seal does not appear to be a common size.
