Does anybody have a Z900A4 original petrol tap that is leak free?
You can get pattern replacements, FENG SHAN, but they don't look great and would like to fit an original type one.
Alternatively is there a way to stop an original one weeping? Looks like the seal is between the plastic/nylon tap body and the main aluminum body? Have stripped and cleaned it but still weeps causing the carbs to leak as the valves are not really designed to act as on 'off' valve alone.

Suspect they are PMC, as he is a PMC dealer.
I note on your website there are around 4 different ones.
Z1 Chrome,
Z1 Early Model Black,
Z1 Early Model UniChrome,
Z1 Late Model
Please confirm which ones you are getting in and how much.
I am very interested.

The ones on the Z Power site look to be the pattern FENG SHAN type?
The ones listed on the PCM site,
http://japan.webike.net/bm/brd/Fuel/PMC/1341/571/ look to be to the original design, as the wether they are actually leak tight is another matter though?

this is claimed to be a genuine part but is a pattern part & the box does look genuine but they are no longer available from Kawasaki & have been for a number of years & z power where selling these but they are no longer on the web site.it is easy to produce a box with genuine Kawasaki printed on it & put a pattern part inside look at the scams with spark plugs

Sorry to say that the taps that arrived this morning were not the original type described and ordered. No names or pack drill, but suffice to say these are not PMC or Doremi.
Back to the drawing board.
