Hi I'm a newbie so be gentle. I joined because I'm on the prowl for a Z900 budget of 6-8k and hopefully would rather be guided by experts like yourselves than become a victim of Fleabay so any help would be appreciated.

I last owned a Z1000 in 1983 and since then have moved from modern back to classics with my last cassic bike being a Suzuki GT500/and 380.

I know I won't get concourse but then if I did I would be scared to ride the dam thing. I want one that I can ride , go to shows and rallies and enjoy. Basically I'm old school, keep things clean and well looked after and they'll look after you.
So any help, I live in Gloucester but will travel anywhere for a decent one.

That's a healthy budget and should be enough for a very good example.

Plenty come on the market at that price range so take your time and get a good 'un.

Modded one here , think it is still for sale or you looking for more standard ?
