frame crossmember, centre stand Z900

#1 PostAuthor: Richard Q » Thu May 01, 2014 10:07 am

Hi all. I am looking to replace the centre stand on my KZ900 but someone has cut the mountings off

I will need the cross member with the mountings on, and a centre stand to suit. Anyone got a damaged frame they wouldn't mind parting with/chopping up?

Cheers

Richard

You should be able to get the brackets made and welded locally ('steel city'), theres not much to them :??
I think I've still got a new centre stand, if you dont get sorted

I'm sure I can, there are plenty of fabrication shops around here. But as I don't have the brackets, or stand, I have no idea what they are supposed to look like. I thought it may be better to get hold of some if possible.

I may have to take you up on your offer and compare your spare A4 parts with my bike, if it ever stops raining for long enough!

Bit busy with car shows and mounting climbing at the moment

Cheers

That's brilliant, many thanks for that.

Anyone got a spare stand they would exchange for beer tokens?
