A4 Carb Bits

Does anyone have a set of A4 carbs lying around they would like to part with a few spares from? ( for a fee of course

)
I am after a couple of float bowl drain plug screws, the main throttle return spring, the thin connecting plate that is fixed by the carb top
screws and connects all 4 carbs and the little spring that sits in a recess and sits up against the throttle bracket. Any condition is fine so
long as they will re-zinc plate OK.
Or if you have a set of carbs that are knackered with these bits still on, I would be willing to buy the lot for spares.
The carb set I bought on ebay for a mates A4 resto has these missing
Cheers Dave.

Just a thought Guyz......If anyone has a set of A4 carbs that they
dont want to part with I would appreciate it if they could remove this connector plate (6 x M4 screws) put it on a piece of A4 paper draw around it and post it off to me, I know a very nice man who would have a number of these laser cut in the correct guage plate for me to have Zinc plated then there would be spares available for anyone that wanted one and the template doner would get a nice shiney one free!
I agree with Chrisu £7.99 per screw (Z-Power) is a bit steep also I would be looking at £14 inc shipping for the small spring

. used is best methinks.

I'm not sure if it'll be any cheaper but Suzuki p/n 13247-45010 is the same drain screw. It was used on Gs1000's. I picked up a set for my Kz1000 and they were the same as far as I could tell.
Later, Doug

Dave, I can do this for you. I've promised meself some 'garage' time this weekend. I can probably help with the springs as well, but they're well and truly buried under a mountain of stock, that won't be moving until the end of the month.

Dave,
I've found the short spring & will post it off to you, sadly I can't help you with the larger return spring.

Your a star GB thanks a lot.
Steve is having a dozen of the plates laser cut this week
in stainless so no need to zinc plate them. I will send you
one with something else that he has had laser cut for your Z.
Send me your address when you get a minute bud and I will
get them to you soon.
Cheers Dave.
