Z1000R fork internals - parts needed!!!

should have put this in here not Help section!
I have my front forks apart to change the seals and noticed that some of the bits shown in the parts diagram are missing. Can anyone help with the cup washers (44028 in diagram) and the conical bits that go at the bottom of the damper rods? I assume they common to J, GPz B etc
