Fuel pipe clips

Is it a MOT requirement that rubber fuel line be clipped either side of an inline fuel filter

Just secure fuel line either side of filter, a piece of twisted wire with no sharp edges will do.
Check for fuel leaks and if its dry its job done. If the fuel line is leak free and in good condition and secured at all unions it cant fail.
