Tyre swap

I have a Bridgestone Battlax 020 ZR Radial Rear in 150/70 x 17 in excellent condition with just a few hundred miles taken off it.
However, I need a 150/# x 18 Rear for my ELR project. I'm not bothered if it's V or Z rated, crossply or radial, as long as it has nearly as much tread and isn't as hard as Vinnie Jones. Avon prefered to match my front AM22.
I'm looking for a straight swap should anyone have anything suitable.
