A friend is after either a Z1R or a Lawson.
Restored or original but definitely no projects.

I did tell him he'd be lucky!!!

Any info/leads that can point to the right bike is much appreciated.

Thanks
Nigel

One on WWW.donedeal.ie, it's a 1984 with 28k, no price . Go to the Classic and vintage section, about 4 pages in, the bike is in Co Louth...

Robert, old timer, thanks for the leads.

Paul, thanks for your valued information. He is not a Z expert so this sort of info is truly valuable. Which is the better Lawson? The 1000 or 1100?
Cheers
Nigel

Search over! He bought the purple H2 that was on eBay, the one with the denco expansion pipes. I can't wait to hear that thing!! It looked a nice bike.

Thanks

Bought it last night to be accurate. He has got about 30 bikes most British but does have an S2, S3 and an H1.

Well after much mucking about from seller, my mate went to pick up the H2 a week ago. What a joke that turned out to be. The eBay pics made it look worth every penny. But it was a bitsa, H2b engine in a c frame, paintwork needed doing plus a host of other stuff. He called the seller many things.
It sort of turned out okay though as he still bought it for a knock down price ( undisclosed of course) and then immediately swapped it for a restored Suzuki 500 Titan plus cash.
The H2 was on eBay for some time if anyone had spotted it. It was a purple c with expansion pipes and was in the Gloucester area.
