engine cases

as above needed,z1r engine cases,bored out ones a bonus but not essential.need them for dragbike engine rebuild.cheap as possible,will swap and deal for.what you got,what you need,what you want. :lol:

Well when i stripped it down last time.i found some damage caused by an over enthusiastic wanna be mechanic.one of the barrelstud threads had a chunk missing.from over tightening of head.also a repair on the starter motor area.i have disided not to trust it with this damage using nitro.so thats why im after some more.

somtimes if the cases are bored out to far you will get a crack in the case when pulling the head down .i had a set of cases like that ,and they had been done by NCKracing.they where on my prostock bike when i bought it .all i done was V filed the crack and got it ally welded run a tap down the thread after and its still ok now did you mean NOS not nitro.are you still runnng the turbo or just nos.
i find the gpz motor out 1500 and big cams enough

Sounds like its a regular problem.might see if theres a way to stop it happening again.
