Putting my Z1 back to original points ignition after finding strange looking pickup unit where the points/condensors should be.

Anyway I need the cam bit that rotates and opens the points, the original advancer is there but this cam has been replaced with what I presume is a magnetic actuator for the pick ups. Anyone who has upgraded their ignition system might have one lying around........ hopefully

Are you selling the electronic ignition?

Hello PJ,
when I bought the bike from RB's last week all it could manage was a bit of a splutter when he squirted easy start into the back of the carbs so I really cant vouch for the ignition system that I am taking off. I can take a couple of photos and post them for you if it would help you identify what it is. Pm me if your interested. Regards, Dave
