Z1B Carb synchronising screw

Hi ... It's a long shot but.... Anyone out there with one of these for number 1 carb? The carbs are standard VM28 SC models.
It's listed as a carb synchronising screw in the Haynes manual (page 72) but listed, as far as I can see under two different part numbers by Z Power and as an 'Adjuster, throttle stop'.
One on the exploded diagram of the Z Power catalogue, on page 16 (No56), has part number 16021-018 (x 3) and over the page to page 18 (item number 98) it's listed as p/n 16021-021 (x 1) ... inferring they are different.
Many thanks if someone is breaking a bank of carbs????
