Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction of some 16054003, washer lock a and 16054004, washer lock b or suggest some similar alternatives?

Do you mean the little shim strips that go between the carb adjusters?,if so i have made them in the past by drilling or punching holes first in a piece of thin steel(i used the lid off some airgun pellets) then cut out carefully with nail scissors or tin snips..Paul J
