I discovered on the trip to germany that my Z1 does not like sitting in traffic.
general view seemed to be an oil cooler would help.
anyone got one for sale or can advise where to buy said item ?
not bothered about originality
thanks..................Chris

I get the 1/2 bsp cooler fittings and goodyear pipe (1/2" bore) off ebay and make my own takeoffs from billet or a cut down oil pressure switch (see my cafe racer project)
End up loosing the oil light though but i put a gauge in the gallery instead.
Will put up ebay links for the pipe etc later.

Here's the goodyear hose.

and cooler fittings,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400308676804? ... 1497.l2649
You should be able to do the whole cooler set up for around £100 and a bit of fabricating.
This is the same cooler, pipe and fittings as i used on the Drouin.
