Fuel tap part needed.
Gone and lost the small round brass mesh that sits above the bowl in the Z1b fuel tap. Placed it carefully on the bike lift, blinked and it was gone. If anyone has a spare or knows where to get one I'd much appreciate it. Don't s'pose they come in a fuel tap repair kit do they ?

If it's flat and round could you not use one of those fine mesh gauze filters they put in the bottom of pipes used for wacky-baccy?

Dark skies, I know those mesh screens for pipes
but the Kwak one is a lot finer and has a small round hole in it but thanks for the input.
Hi PJ not been on a lot lately as I took redundancy in Sept so the bikes had to take a back seat as well we know they cost money. Add to that spending long hours trawling t'internet looking for work by the time evening came the last thing I wanted to do was open the laptop.
Funny you should mention the Turbo. A chap came and bought it / took it away this morning with a big grin on his boat. Now I can actually move around in the garage I thought I'd get stuck into the Z1b.
Hope you are doing well. Got some catching up to on the site over the next couple of nights with pages and pages of "New posts"
I might need to have a word with Gerry in the next few days, lost his number when I handed the works mobile back and had run out of time to back up contacts.
Is he still about ?
All the best.
