Z1OwnersClub GB

I've got a KZ 1000 A1 from the States but need a service manual.
It's a 1977 model. Specifically I have an electrical problem, and I'm not sure if the wiring on a U.S. model is the same, colour coding etc, as a U.K. model?
I know it's got a hazard warning light circuit which U.K. bikes don't have.
If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

There is a Z1000 A1 assembly & prep manual and some other Z1000 stuff on my rebuild website here if it's any help to you. Not sure if there is a wiring diagram... but it's a free download so fill your boots.

Err, all uk spec Z1000A1 models have hazard flashers as std fitment.

Oh, didn't know that. Not having seen a uk Z1000a1.
I've only just got into Zeds. I just assumed it was something the Yanks insisted on.
