Z1000 A1/A2 rear disc

As title, I need one of these in servicable condition for an up & coming project.
Part No. is 41080-010
Also fits these models;
KZ1000-A1 (KZ1000) (1977)
KZ1000-A2 (KZ1000) (1978)
KZ1000-A2A (KZ1000) (1978)
KZ1000-C1 (Police 1000) (1978)
KZ1000-C1A (Police 1000) (1978)
so I would presume the ltd disc I have sourced will be no good.
Cash awaits & I'll happily arrange courier collection if needed.

I have a disc in a box of old spares. Not looked at at it for ages. Nor sure if its off front or back or even which model.
Do you know hole centres and dia. and i'll measure it. i will take a photo
so you can check its what your after.

Thats a rear disc it was given to previous owner it's below wear limit and scored, but it is off a 78 a2

Thanks Andy for taking the time to dig that out & photo it, but it's possibly past it's servicable life.
