400cc to 1000cc wanted for classic racing any condition

I nave a friend who is looking for a bike to tidy up over winter to use next year in the old classic racing scene. he is looking for something like a Z500 GPZ550 etc upto a Z1000 although the cheaper the option the better. Does not have to be a Kawasaki either. Must be aircooled though unless its an LC or RG and cannot be newer than 1987.
If you have anything at the back of your garage that might fit the bill let me know and I will pass on the details. Mark is based in Grimsby and knows how to twirl a spanner so it really is any condition within reason.
