Lads, I would like to buy a decent alternator rotor please for Z900, I believe all Z1/Z1a/Z1b/z900 are the same and will do the job, the one I have has come loose around the centre boss. I'm away from home for 3 weeks so if anyone is willing to post to me, that would be much appreciated. I will of course cover any postage costs. I dont need any of the starter gear/clutch assembly but if its included thats fine.
Many thanks, Chris Rivett

Chris.
I changed mine recently after I found a miniscule amount of movement between the steel and the ally.
Any good to you ? It`s off a 1000A1 by the way.

OK thanks for that but Id prefer a non loose one as the whole shooting match has seen better days and is in a right mess, id rather it not happen again. Ive ordered new needle bearing & thrust washers etc.
Can you remember, did the large starter gear fit on the needle roller properly? Mine has clearance like the needle roller is too small or theres a sleeve missing. Theres no sleeve showing in any manuals though, thats why I ordered new bearing etc.
Many thanks.

Does the one you have (with slight movement) come with the starter clutch & gear? Apparently theres two sizes of bearing used here, up to A1 used 22mm and A2/Z1R onwards used 26mm so I prob have a later starter gear with a large hole. Id like to change the whole shooting match if you have it avalable,
Cheers, Chris

Chris. My bike is an A1 and the replacement I got was listed as a Z9.
I checked the part number for another member that expressed an interest.
Rotor 21007-032
Gear 13194-003
It states the bearing for this model is a K222620 P No. 92046-033
The starter rollers, springs and key are there but one of the springs got bent during its journey from the States.
Interestingly the bag says KZ1300 and KZ1000ST although this could be a labeling error.
