I will doubtless need loadsa stuff for this bike ... but so far the list is:

LHS Sidepanel

Good set of fork stanchions

LHS final drive engine casing unless I can weld up the original

Seat - of course

non-distorted brake calipers!

State of paint and stuff doesn't matter - I can repaint etc.

Sorry, bit slow !

I have a left side panel, has the bottom lug missing and a small [1/2 inch] crack where the lug should be.

I thought I had a master cylinder and calipers, but they are different to those on my A3 model. Did the earlier models have different looking brakes ? The calipers look to fit, but are smooth and not finished black.

I have a NOS tach in the original box. Only unwrapped once, when I used it to get some readings for repairing mine (which to my big surprise was a success)

Interested ?
There's no replacement for displacement!

Nice thought, but the tacho is one of the few items on the bike that isn't actually broken and given that I am properly skint I will sadly decline the kind offer

I have the same problem with the current side panel. I may have to try and get clever with epoxy :)

You have e-mail concerning calipers.

Thanx

Ralph
I have added pictures of the calipers and m/c
The calipers fit on to my Z1100 and take the same pads, but look different.
The m/c may not even be a Kawasaki, the lid is a different shape, the mirror mount is in a different position and the hydraulic outlet faces front rather than towards centre line of bike.

B1 and A1,2,3 m/c have different parts numbers in the book, but this could be due to the colour. All the internal parts have the same part numbers.
