Do you not have a headlight at all ? Or are you after a UK one to pass an MOT ?

To pass an MOT, it is permissable to blank off the area giving the high beam flick up with tape to pass an MOT.

There are sites like auctionsniper and bidnapper, however an easy way to do it is to have the auction item open in two windows, one live with the countdown timer ticking away, the other with your bid ready loaded waiting for the 'bid now' button to be clicked.
However, I just put in my maximum bid and leave it. If you are truly desparate, then bid high.
