Swap out a Z1000 Ltd tank

#1 PostAuthor: colinj » Thu Mar 11, 2010 12:09 am

Anyone got a very good condition Z1000a1 (1979) original tank (Big wide-ass thing) to trade for a Z1000LTD tank (the smaller version)? My project is stalling a little in this area, the tank I have is a good one but not "right".... :?? I need original side panels too.......I know this is a long shot but i'm still hoping!

Cheers Guys

Side panels are available through the club @ £25 each, [unpainted].
Excellent quality, same as Z Power sell, only cheaper.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

Phil,
thanks, I bought a set last year, they are great like you say but I am still after a pair of originals if I can get em as they are the last non-genuine bits I need to swap out (with the "wrong" tank)

Regards,
