cam chain tensioner hangs on the inside the engine

hi gang today i took the head off my z1000 . only to see ,cam chain tensioner hangs on the inside the engine . the lower cog held in place by a meatle cage . is worn out the top cog is fine as is the outer caseing .IE the peice that rubs against the plunger tensioner . any one help me out with one please ?

bought one from Z power 52.00 as aposed to to debben 90.00 i did have a spare here for a z650 but the wheel is a diffrent size . zpower told me hang on to the 650 one as you cant get them anymore . i shall wait till i retire and swap it for a house some where lol
