I'm looking for a proper 2-4 seat with the '900 double overhead....' graphics on and seamed vinyl cover. Must be earlier plunger type mechanism. I bought one a few weeks ago but is has later catch and older style rear hump...
Thank you very much!

think you may have to wait a while coldsummer, i looked for 12 months for one of these, they all seem to be the later type, hope you find one though, they are a nice seat.

The trouble is Mick, I'm very impatient, I might have to get one made up. Just hoped someone might have one for sale.

No GB, but they look really good and as I'm very shallow that is good enough for me

i had one on my zed in the eighties, comfy enough, but my bum was bigger then. have you thought about taking one of the later ones apart and putting the plunger in

thats what i was going to do.

Thought about that but it would need to be precisely located in order to fit properly. Also rubber placements look slightly different.

what i was going to do was put the seat on the bike, put the plunger in the receiver with maybe some chalk on the top, close the seat, then you would have the exact spot marked out.
