Front forks and mudguard are unique to 1100R.
Handlebars, tacho, rear shocks are different to 1000R.
I've been told that the front disc carrier and brake caliper brackets are also slightly different.
Looks like you need to spend time on Kawasaki.com and compare parts drawings.
Depends how far you want to go with it and how much you can afford.

Yeah , I was looking at CMSNL parts lists today.

A bit of research and pricing is definately going to be called for.

Thanks for the help so far Jack.

Gus,
you´re right. Forks are different. They are similar to those of the GPZ11UT - but without those f***** anti dive. This make 1100R forks unique.
I am after a front mudguard since years. Last offered here (or on ebay?) was incredible expensive...
Shocks are the same as the mid Zephyr (NOT the color).
Clocks are the same!
Handlebar and covers are the same.
Colors are different (Z1000R polarwhite and limegreen - Z1100R limegreen and stardust silver).
Engine is GPZ1100UT. Wiring Harness is different.
Carbs are including all features the same (!) with Z1000R.

I will contact the guy by email. Be patient.

Cheers
