Just to advise that my Zrx has now been sold back to its original owner (Mr Ruddy) - I'd like to thank everyone for their interest, the bike was truely mint and a credit to Paul who in my opinion is a true gent and absolute Zed fanatic 😜, glad it's been returned to a good home 👍🏻

Cheers Mike , a real pleasure to meet you today and thanks for taking care of the bike and letting me have first dibs.
It's a strange world and perhaps things happen for a reason, a couple of weeks ago I was so beaten medically and mentally I honestly thought my biking days were done, now I have ended up with two !!
And I even rode the ZRX from just south of Aberdeen to Cumbria, 254 miles in total, 100 miles of which were very wet, time for a big clean ...

Just giving the ZRX a welcome home clean, whipped the swinger out and replaced it with the freshly powder coated spare one that I had and all new fasteners, also took a gamble and had the heel plates powder coated light textured satin black and I think I like them, the texture is very close match to the frame.
Took the Brocks off and I'm not sure what coating they use but I machine polished it with compound and it came up a treat, the Kerker systems are not a patch on the Brocks.
I think I may treat it to new chain and sprockets as well while its apart.
All the best, Paul
