Spoke to the old fella who owns it and he bought it as an investment, taken it out a couple of time but it scared him! Was thinking of buying it but don't have the room!

That's a minter and at about what it's worth. But, add 25% duty (including the cost of shipping, which we are of course also taxed on) and it's well over £20K....
