I've got exactly the same exhaust on my 650 but it doesn't have the badly aligned micron badge bodged on to it.

If the weather picks up a bit I'll fit the one I'm building to the bike and post a couple of pics. The only bit still to do is the rear hanging bracket but you'll get the idea.

Obviously still got the tail bracket to do but all that's been needed so far is a hacksaw (to cut the tail pipe to the desired length) and spanners. NSR 125 tail pipe hanger bracket is 60mm diameter then just need to hook that up to the rear foot rest mount using existing foot rest retaining bolt. £12.00 from H***A

Tail pipe collector joiner ebay £12.00 Collector box end is 64mm ID and the tail pipe end is 60 ID. This is a stainless Harley bit. The Delkevic collector box is 64mmOD and the tail pipe is 60mm OD.

Finally got 10 mins to fit the tail pipe bracket. Fortunately it fits straight onto the rear footrest pin. No drilling or bending required! clamped in place between the frame and the footrest bracket.
It's stock H**** NSR 125 at 60mm dia
