The Constellation is a 700cc twin , its been sat in the shed here for at least the last 15 years. Its all together and turns over ok . With some fresh fuel in it and a basic check over it should fire up to be able to hear it running but the rest of the bike would need a good check over before thinking about putting it on the road.
It is either 1959 or 1960 I will have to check the numbers on it to make sure which one is which because I also have another constellation here which is totally in bits.
