as title am looking for this or a solution to stop the idiot light flashing apart from taking the bulb out.

If it's the same as a Uni-trak it would normally connect to a sensor that replaces one of the filling caps in the battery. This part was still available from Kawasaki a couple of years back.
Another solution would be to connect the pink wire directly to +12v.

as gb says just connect the wire ta the + side of batt :wink:
