I've got a kz1000 B2 front master cylinder if no-one else has one for you,
busy at the moment, but will photograph it when I get home
for you to look at and decide, hope that helps...

Jay.

Geoff, Kawasaki.com list all theses models as using part No. 43015-1007

KH400-A3 (1976)
KH400-A4 (1977)
KH400-A5 (1978)
KZ1000-A1 (KZ1000) (1977)
KZ1000-A2 (KZ1000) (1978)
KZ1000-A2A (KZ1000) (1978)
KZ650-B1 (1977)
KZ650-B2 (1978)
KZ650-B2A (1978)
KZ650-B3 (1979)
KZ750-B1 (1976)
KZ750-B2 (1977)
KZ750-B3 (1978)
KZ750-B4 (1979)

But don't forget that it's an American site & I don't think it was fitted to our (UK) Z1000-A1
