Jimmock here's the real deal,two lampson's working the leg sections of the Elf Elgin Franklin.at Nigg back in 2000 did some sub-contract work back in my welder-fabricator days,these things could lift 1500 tonnes.Image

I worked in Nigg many a time between 1998 and 1999.

They were building the concrete platform. It got floated about May 1999.

I was with Peterhead Crane Co.
