Big ask guys but nearing the end of my Z1A restoration and in ten months of lookin havent been able to get my hands on a toolkit.
Dont mind payin good money for a decent correct complete set but will consider any rusty old bits so long as they are originally
out of an early Z tool kit I can have them refinished. Have pretty much resigned myself to maybe making a set up from bits and
pieces from far and wide. Cheers Dave

Steve. These tools are from a Z1 series. Note the KHI logo preceeding the upper case font "KAWASAKI". Also note the Gold KHI on the screwdriver handle.

These are from a Z900 or Z1000A series where the logo has changed to the stylised "BIG K" but still upper case "KAWASAKI" The 8/10 spanner is from a Z1 though. I am still looking to swap mine for a correct 900/1000 tool.

This pic shows the difference between Z1 and Z650 where the tool is slightly smaller and of a lesser quality finish.

The later bikes have an upper case "K" folowed by "awasaki" in lower case.

OK thanks quick insight there , if only they had kept the same design would have saved a lot of hassle :)
