Z1 bits needed

#1 PostAuthor: DogsbolloxofZ1B » Wed Dec 14, 2011 7:21 pm

I need a few bits-n-bobs for a Z1A, drop me a PM if you can help.

1. Clock mounting bracket.
2. Gear selector shaft
3. Good headlamp shell I can have re-painted
4. Set of engine mounting bolts, basically all the M8 ones.
5. Rear wheel spacer collar, goes behind nut.
6. Collars that go on the upper rear engine support bolt.
7. Pair of chrome covers that go beneath headlamp brackets over bottom
yoke. Sorted.

Cheers,
Mike

Mike
How are you my friend. I might have a few bits if you still need them. The gauge bracket has been painted silver. Headlight bucket good, no dents or rust. The chrome collors are good pretty good,I have a better set cannot find them.I have a gear selector shaft but at this moment cannot find it either. Shed is a mess
I have the rear mounting bolt with collors. The longer front bolt is a hard to find item. I will look I know I have a few somewhere
I also have a pretty darn good complete original Z1A body set if your interested .

Greg,
That is spot on! I'm interested in all the items in the first image, however, I'll have to ask my M8 if he wants that colour scheme, the bike has the alternative one at the moment which is a bit ratty. I'll drop you a PM.

Regards,
Mike

Hows about $25 for everything in the photo plus actual shipping
If I find the longer front engine mounting bolt I will include it. With work and the holidays short on time but will look for more good parts

cheers

For those of you who have pm'd me about the tank set, I offered it to Mike first if he declines i will go in que
The tank is about perfect one pinhead nick, spotlesss inside . The tail section has a few scratches and some touch up paint, still very good above average. Left side cover great. The bad. Previous owner of bike had a built in back rest on seat and when opened, it hit the cover there are scratches.
I will say this tank set is way above average and from three feet away looks great.

Greg,
I've spoken to the guy and he's sticking with the Green/Yellow version, thanks for hanging on. It is a very nice set. :)

Cheers,
Mike
