KZ1100 1983 US Spec. R/H switch gear

Its the switch that has one button, push in to start, press left or right for kill switch - anyone got one or now a source - Thyanks Jacobmarley

I've got U.K spec switchgear but I'll check to see if I've got a U.S. spec.
Won't be able to check until weekend 12th/13th.
