Aborted runout

Well sunshine beating down, thought I would pop out with my good lady for a run down into deepest Cheshire, through Delemere forest etc, got four miles down the road and ping, bleedin clutch cable broke 
was parked up trying to fix it with no success, along came a few fellow bikers, a club called Friendly Pillys, could not have been more helpfull, one guy Jim very kindley gave my good lady a lift home while I managed to drive the Z1R back, in fits and starts, the ironic thing was it went just a mile from Z Power shop, no Sunday opening tho.
Could have been much worse, could have gone on me next Saturday, on the way to the rally
