This was Snetterton the other day.
1100R with a 130 back tyre and it does not surprise me as he is a speed demon.
Will both be there at the end of the month.
Get the sound turned up.

Knee down with standard casings ooh I bet that was close.

In fact I would love to see some pics with knee down on standard casings to see just how close it is especially on the alternator side.

So now anyone else tempted to do the Classic Bike Trackday in August at Cadwell? You don't need a modern bike to have fun.
For those wondering about the engine spec.
1170cc but standard 9.5:1 compression pistons, flowed head by Debben, Mikuni flatslides, but standard airbox, cams, valves etc. About 106 hp @ the rear wheel. Still not enough to keep with modern 600's on the straights - though they must be 50Kg lighter.
CMA rear wheel 18x2.5 (same size as standard but lighter) with a 120/90 Conti Classic Attack Road. Dymag front wheel with 110/90 BT45).
Standard calipers with a radial master cylinder.
Standard forks - last year at Cadwell I was dragging the alternator casing so I fitted some stiffer springs and Racetec emulaltors which has the raised the front end up a fair bit. Problem is, not enough dive now and felt like the front was trying to lock at times.
I've got a Metchamex arm as well. I don't think it makes any difference to the handling but has eccentric adjusters so with the axel at the bottom it increases ground clearance.

The metchamex is so much better than standard. I could get my standard swingarm to flex more than an inch, just had it powder coated then was mortified to notice a scrape both side from the rear peg bolts half an inch away both sides (yes new bearings stevew  ) replaced it with a JMC no more prob's
