Fantastic day riding around Mallory, although the weather was wet in the morning, it dried up nicely in the afternoon leading to some fun laps. Only 40 bikes there so loads of track time.
Good to meet up with Al and KwackerZ1 and thoroughly enjoyed blasting around the track with the three of us in formation up to the Hairpin.
Excellent organisation by Rob and Darin from Classic bike track days as usual.
Now to give the bike a good wash and get my side panel repaired.
Roll on Cadwell.
Rob
good day.

Yep proper good day apart from the weather, and the z10c was well represented with
Robw's and Zorded's bikes being both very nice well prepared and quick.
Thrashing my old zed round Mallory brought back some old memories, and I enjoyed riding it more than my gsxr. (Probably because my old brain can cope with its lack of speed easier.)
I did'nt take my camera so cant share any pics of everyones bikes but my mate took a couple on his phone.
One thing I can report though is those CLASSICATTACK Conti tyres are very good, even in skinny zed fitment they performed well in the wet and dry, not the cheapest tyres out there but better than BT45'S.

Just got back via Cadwell Park!!!
Really wanted to say a massive thank you to both RobW and Phil for all their help, advice, suggestions and technical input whilst i was 'pissing and moaning' about not knowing how to ride my own bike!
In one session after lunch i had the track completely to myself until i realised i had just been in the company of a superb ELR and a rip snorting Z thou who sat with me for a while before firing off into the distance. Thanks for that, i wont forget it in a hurry, great moment.
Only three incidents for me this time; one big excursion from the track and lost the front end twice. Managed to keep it upright all three occasions but i dont know how.
As before thanks to Darin and Rob for their tireless efforts on the day, a couple of club members making it happen for others.
Shit weather in the morning, great in the afternoon, all the track time you could handle and nobody near you for miles, just brilliant.
