Made me smile reading this.
I've done some long days in the saddle my time. 1318 miles in 18 hours is my record - but that was on a 954 Fireblade on tarmac roads. Done loads of 500 mile+ days across Europe and around the US, but this kind of endeavour makes me smile. Well done Jock.

This bloke is totally nut's, living down here I'd only cross Stralia in a Land River or Toyota, but there would have to be two of us
