How many of you tried or did ride to work in the freezing fog on Wednesday morning? I left home at six, and did not give the conditions a second thought.
After I had rode 7 miles, my visor froze inside and out, I could not clear it while ridding along. So I opened the visor to see, when my glasses froze, at this I had to stop, I could not successfully clean my visor or glasses, so had to ride home with my visor open and no glasses. A hair raising ride, which took me an hour, because I decided to follow some ride tail lights, but it took me a while to realise he was not going my way.
This was my first experience in riding in freezing fog conditions. Never again.

The answer is a heated visor. Was pretty normal overhere for the last two weeks... around -12 degrees Celsius in the morning on the coldest day.
Cheers,

That's rough, I will not get the taxi or airplane if hasn't been warmed up or has someone to drive it.

My lad went work on his KMX 125, 16 mile round trip and finishing his shift at midnight. Hes only just 17 and i couldnt settle untill he was safely back. Now i know what i put my parents through going the highwayman with training shoes on and wrangler jacket wondering what all the fuss was about when i arrived home at 2.30 in the morning stinking of newcastle brown.
