I spotted this and got chatting to the owners wife. He was rather busy.

So it`s a Magnum1 frame, Mk2 motor taken out to 1105 with Maxton forks. (She did say Maxton but the sticker says Marzzochi)
Apparently its an improving runner in the Manx GP having gained a 3rd position last year and 2nd this.

See what you all think.

Crackin' bike, saw it at the NEC last year. Good to have some info on it, especially the placings in the Manx :up

Chris lovely looking bike that have seen it around,

Sorry to be pedantic but its a Formula 1 Harris frame (as per their XR69 replicas) Not a Magnum 1 frame as they have the wrap around frame tube. The Marzocchis probably have the Maxton cartridges fitted internally hence the Maxton sticker.

Have a look at

http://www.harris-performance.com/acata ... is_F1.html

the pics show their monoshock version but they will do the twin shock as well.
So get your order in now, or perhaps you'd prefer one of their MOTO2 Bikes for £25k

The pics i took are almost a year ago where as TLC's pics were only last weekend.
Could either have had a 'makeover' during the closed race season (Z1R motor to a Mk 2) or they have a spare prep'd race engine?

Well spotted tho'

Absolutely beautiful bike. :D
Why has he painted the engine black and left the barrels unpainted ???
Not being picky just curious
