Here is my 1975 UK Registered Z1B. This bike had a hard time of it in it's early days. A friend bought it in Manchester in the late seventies, it had a 'Bat out of Hell' paint job, K&N filters, the head and barrels had been hand painted with hammerite black and it had four straight through pipes which had been cut off under the engine; sounded like hell on earth. The guy stripped the bike and gradually lost interest in it. I bought it from him as a basket case in 1983 and have owned it since that day. Here are some pics of it over the last five years.

2007, I know it's the wrong paint job, this is an early Dream Machine job (1983/84) they did this from a photograph of a Z1A (this was before mobiles and computers) I think they ran out of black paint.....
