#1 PostAuthor: steve r1 » Wed Jun 10, 2015 7:45 am

Hi,i"ve got a Kerker exhaust on my zrx1200r and there is a slight scrape and small flat near the end of the can ,what would be best method to fill and repair this, obviously got to be heat resistant filler but don"t think it would get too hot as is near the end .It"s satin black so can repaint it.Thanks

if the baffle can be removed & you can get access to the flattened part of the muffler heat the area up with a map gass blow torch until it is glowing orange & it will push/ knock out from the inside :D :D
