				WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST BIKE?

				Hi to all fellow members. With being new to the forum would like to be informed how you all started on the road to be a biker in your youth and what was the first bike you owned.
Mine at the age of 16 (43 years ago) and sorry to say H**** CB160. Purchased for £60 and had never rode a bike before. Hence dropped it and bent the footrest. Wish I still had as fetching a lot of wonga. Sorry to say no photo's but do have the memory's.

My first "bike" was a brand new Yamaha XS250 US Custom at the tender age of 17. November 1981 X reg.

				No problem. one day you shall be this old. Second bike was a CB250 and worked my way up to a cbx1000 then a? could go on and on re bikes owned. Just lay on the couch and tell every body that in your life time Youve owned a H****.

				KH250 in August 1976. Yep, Hire Purchase with me Dad as guaranteur.

				Suzuki GT125. Went well for the first 20 miles then got slower and slower ! Had a lovely non grippy square section Avon rear tyre which was great for learning bike skid control techniques

				BSA Bantam when I was 9  
 
First on the road was an AP50, brand new on HP, followed by my first real bike, a GT 185 - loved that bike, had it for years
