Went for a ride

Not on my Z though, on my Surly pushbike, left York this morning just after 8 and got back at 6. 107 miles to Northallerton and back.
Jeezus my knees are sore, a pint of Landlord in the Swan went down well and quickly. Going for a lie down soon.
