I used to own a GS1000E, nice bikes...
The one in the pic here is worth that money to me, and I'd
buy it without hesitation if I had the dosh and room in my 10ft x 20ft shed!

looks good to me. I bought a new gs1000ec in 1978 . mine was a blue one with the air shocks. A blue restored one went for about £2500 on ebay a couple of years ago. I was tempted myself.

Looks tidy, whats mileage & history?
Looks like
top-end money to me

but they're great bikes.... had an early model with spoke wheels couple years back, but it needed rings & valve seals so sold it on.

Here it is, £2800 buys it, looks like a real bargain.

This is 100% an import. I went to see a CBX1000 that this dealer is selling and saw this. To be fair it is a nice bike but as already stated top end money. However they will negotiate as I asked about a drop in the price of the CBX1000 and they were open to negotiation but not to the level that I wanted to get to though.

Left hand drive ???
OK on a "serious note", it does look VERY tidy.
