Guy's a while back i was asking if anyone knew of a bike collection service, and a few of you did. I got a guy, to collect my 1972 suzi gt750j.
That was then and this is now. Nearly there. Just a clean up, and some polish, and black spray can. not a chromer/painter in sight.

Thanks for the comps.. I use a ultrasonic cleaner for the job, oxide-removal. and it works very good. You just use 3-4 caps, from a 5 litr. You can use vinegar and a small bit of washing up liquid. But for what it cost (£22 delivered) Should get about 30 sets out of a 5 litr.

I have 2, i have polished one up, but i will put it on, when it's time to use it, as it is still, in the restoration stage. And i will be polishing the barrels in situ, so don't want to be polishing a 2nd time. I would love to get it like this? Thanks for asking.
