Good bike that, a mate of mine (ex student /graduate, are'nt all Guzzi or Ducati owners  ) had one back when we were teens and it used to tramp along really well.
Always liked the style of the MK2'S (and also the californias)

Should be different from the usual rides Piggy, but don't expect refinement.

Fantastic, nice one Pigford, welcome to the Guzzi world of fun, my two favourite bikes, Kwacker Z1s and Guzzi Le Mans.
Great bike, almost as good as the Mk 1 ( which I foolishly sold years back), I hope you enjoy the fun handling, nothing munts out of a corner like a Guzzi !

Yeah, been reading lots - the MkII was same as the first model - just had the horrid angular fairing kit & clocks, calipers switched to rear of forks (much like a Zed), the rest was unchanged.

It's going thru' UK registration at the moment  Hope to get it before the end of the month
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!
