my first ride was on my mates suzuki gp100, i rode 50 yards into a wall with him screaming at me, however, i did like the bike so went straight to Frettons of Leamington Spa and bought a shiny new gp100, he was a bit miffed at having a scratched dented on and me having a shiny new one, but that lasted 5 mins, i came off so much in that first 12 months it was unreal. still a good mate, he is coming for chrimbo. :D

Purple fizzie followed by firsts big bike a rd250.
It sat waiting in the garage for my 17 th birthday . Seemed like ages then I was 17 I was going to college . Didn't sleep cos of the excitement up early warmed it up and promised mum and dad ( again ) I'd take it easy.
Rode it really steady for bout 6 miles till whiston crossroads . Lights on red . I thought I'll just open her up a little here .
Then green. GO! First second third fuck me shut off !!
I could not believe the power the acceleration. Surely these are not legal for 17 Yr olds . I had to pull over for a fag and contemplate life .Anyway tootled slowly into college checked my underpants.

I don't believe I have ever felt a feeling of power of acceleration since
I was just not prepared for the feeling that hit me.
But hey I'm hooked rode em ever since. Been a lot faster but the thrill never quite matches that hit on my 17 th birthday :oops:

This was a move up from my push bike at 16 ( believe it or not ) loved it.. But carnt remember what happened to it? Don't tell anyone.. :wink: :wink:

RD200 (Re stamped engine number & regi as 125 when that stupid law came out - Never got caught even when It was written off by a KNOB in a Fiesta)

GS750- Cadium plated frame , yoshi cams, piper exhaust, rainbow metalflake paint jobby - Stolen by some KNOB from Reading.

Z1300 -Ended up as a trike & sold
Z1000 - still current
Z1075 - still current
